Dispute -------------------:No one gave me any types of warning, and nobody told me why i was banned, all i need is a closure.

Besides, I supported this server since the beginning, and donated over $50 to help the server grow, you can't get rid of me this easy guys...

Was banned for excessive use of creative and gifting items to others. Ban can be revoked on the condition you lose your rank. Begin back as default user.

Can you please define excessive use of creative please, i donated for the rank and should have the right to use it whenever i want to, besides all the things i gifted was all below the level of diamond and enchanted or expensive materials. I have only given out tool kits under the level of diamonds.
And why would you want me to play as a default player when i donated a total of 75$ to the server from the first week of premium. Voted and helped countless amount of members, i know i made mistakes, but you can't just simply take away my rights without warning or consulting me. Its just not right.

And in the times i asked you guys for kicking and banning powers, i was trying to protect the server from hackers and griefers, do you know how many spammers go on to the server to annoy and flood the server? Countless, as the server gets more popular, hackers will love to ruin a good server. You guys accusing me of doing the bad things, when i am actually trying my best to keep the server running under all the citycraft rules. I have not broken a single citycraft rule since the first day, i dont swear, i dont spam, i help people and i stay active. What more do you want from me?
Just tell me and i will achieve it.

This was not the 1st infraction in this event to lead to your ban; and prior co-owner had several logs in the past verifying this.
