not able to use kits or anything

so i paid to get ultravip and i dont have permission to use kit while playing hg i have been patient but would like to know why and if im the only one havig theissue

its green and says helper by it but it says i dont have permission when i go to do the kit thing. I give up lol i still will donate but dont worry about it :3 not a biggy or anything and I like the server alot so if i cant use kits or anything its ok cat
