Banned for killing a mod

My IGN is "Joshrocs" and as i was waiting for a hunger games arena to open up, i was fighting in the mini pvp place. I came across the mod "gnr75" and he was attacking me. so i pulled out my bow and arrow and started shooting him down forcing him to flee and as he was moving around i was still hitting him, eventually killing him. he automatically assumed that i was using an "aimbot" mod and that was how i killed him but i can assure you that i do NOT have any aimbot mods. gnr75 cannot prove that i was hacking because i was not hacking. i really like this hunger games server and getting banned for a false accusation is ridiculous

if you are referring to my head going ballistic then that was me all tensed up when i was trying to kill you.
