Staff

No using "creator" for any personal use.
No swearing or use of explicit language in the chat channel.
No PvP in "creator"

Helper
No Tping and killing players.
No swearing or use of explicit language in the chat channel.

Permissions
The ability to tp to other players.

Members
No Swearing or use of explicit language in the chat channel.
No creating Chest shops. Unless its in the blackmarket.
No asking to tp to someone then killing them.
No griefing!
No Killing with Lava.
No xRay.
No harassing of any staff, helper, or other members.


Diamond Rank
Can only use creative to enchant level 30 and below enchants on armor for PERSONAL use only!
NEVER CAN GIVE ANY ENCHANTED CREATIVE ITEMS TO OTHERS!

The only things able to be given to other members of your faction is on a 7day basis 1 set of diamond armor (No Enchants!) and 1 Diamonds Sword! Must Keep a log of these items as they will be randomly checked to confirm accuracy. Any abuse of this will result in 72hrs ban to permanent depending the severity of the offense!

i see alot of the rules being broken in the server itself and nothing is really done to the rule breakers.. i have been tped to asked to tp to them countless times and tried to be killed also the creative mode pvp thing i've been flame arrowed killed ect by people on creative.. sometimes it's for fun but when i don't know the person it's pretty cheap like soulgraph for example he kept harrasing me in pvparena in the last server and nothing was ever done.. thank you. =3

Enforcing the rules is priority, no one is held indifferent. Staff, player, donator, are all expected to not abuse or ignore any of the rules in place.
