Voting Question

If people become top 2 votors 2 times, would they get ProDonater? You are basically getting 10 dollars for free, because Donater rank is 10 dollars. If you win 3 times you get Plantinum, and so on so forth. Please reply and tell me if this works.

Ok each month, the 2 top voters are granted donator rank. The next month, the 2 top voter of the month switch in for the 2 previous top voters.

Eg. JayJay get top voter in may month. He is granted donator rank. The June month, he comes in second place, he keeps his donator rank. Lets say in the June month he came in third place, he would loose his donator rank to the person who came in second. If you do get top voter 3 months in a row, you will get platinum. If 2 months in a row, you get donator rank again.
